Guide Anesthesia, a leading provider of anesthesia services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Anesthesiologist to join our team at different outpatient ASC's in Tucson, Arizona. This is a full-time position where you will be providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures to include bread and butter cases, general, Ortho, ENT, Gyn, GI, and Cataract.

Compensation
- Competitive compensation package of $450 - 500,000 per year as a 1099 contractor.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Weekends and holidays off.
- No night shifts.
Qualifications
- Board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Dedicated to patient care and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
- Manage post-operative pain and provide appropriate pain management techniques.
