Guide Anesthesia accepts a variety of insurance plans to best serve our partners and patients.

Guide Anesthesia operates on a fee-for-service model. We partner with healthcare facilities but do not work directly for them, meaning anesthesia charges are billed separately and are not included in your surgeon or facility bill. The cost of anesthesia services varies based on the duration and complexity of the procedure and the level of care required.

If your insurance deductible has not been met or you have coinsurance responsibilities, you may have a remaining balance. If you’ve provided secondary insurance information, our billing company will submit the claim on your behalf. You will receive a statement for any remaining balance owed. This amount is due upon receipt of the statement.

We understand that surgical expenses can be significant and sometimes unexpected. If you do not have insurance or are unable to pay your balance in full within 30 days, please contact our billing department after receiving your first statement to discuss monthly payment options. In some cases, we may require documentation regarding your financial situation. Our flexible repayment policies are designed to accommodate your needs, and we will do our best to work with you.

For cash-pay or self-pay cases, we establish separate arrangements with each facility. To estimate and arrange payment for anesthesia services, please contact the facility where your surgery is scheduled.

We accept payment by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Patients should send payment to the address on your invoice.
