Atlantic Surgery Center in Daytona Beach is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a FT 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia. Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Florida.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary
- Chief Position available.
- Competitive annual pay of $400,000 as a 1099 contractor.
- Schedule: 5 days/week, ~8.5–9 hours/day, 46 weeks/year.
- 7 weeks of vacation per year.
- Monday through Friday.
- No weekends or holidays.
