Compensation Summary:
- Annual Compensation~$130,000
- Based on 420 clinical hours annually
- Equivalent to 8.75 hours/day, 4 days/month minimum, over 12 months
- Reflects Supplemental clinical commitment with highly competitive 1099 structure.
- Hourly Rate: $310/hour
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
- Opportunity to learn eye blocks
Qualifications
• Strong skillset in bread-and-butter pediatrics and orthopedics.
• Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia experience is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.
• Comfort with personally administered anesthesia rather than supervision or medical direction.
