Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
• Strong skillset in bread-and-butter pediatrics and orthopedics.
• Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia experience is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.
• Comfort with personally administered anesthesia rather than supervision or medical direction.

Grove Place Surgery Center is a two-room private surgery center managed by Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA). The center focuses primarily on orthopedics, ENT, and other outpatient surgeries. Compensation Summary
• Minimum compensation: Based on $325 per hour and a 2,000-hour annualized schedule.
• Current coverage: Four days per week, with expansion to five days planned for 2026.
• Contract options: 26-week positions, 3-on/1-off, or 1-on/3-off.
• Once finalized, schedules are planned annually, ensuring group members have opportunities for additional time off.
