Position Summary

Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for an exciting opportunity to work independently at Orthopaedic Surgery Center? Orthopaedic Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a FT,PT 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia.

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.

Qualifications

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Florida.
Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.

Compensation Summary

Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn ~$400,000 annually on a 1099 basis, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays, working in an outpatient-only orthopedic ASC.

Based on 8.5–8.75 hour days, 5 days per week, and 46-week agreements. Actual time on site varies with surgery need.

FT: $200 per hour

PT: $185 per hour, 2–3 days per week

PRN: $180 per hour, 4 days per month minimum

Primary Team Members Guarantees

Four-day weekly contracts: 32-hour guarantee

Five-day weekly contracts: 40-hour guarantee

Primarily daytime-oriented work with limited Saturdays.

Earnings projections based on an average of 8.75 hours per day for an annual FTE of approximately 2,000 hours. Actual scheduling varies based on individual facilities and surgical demand.

Position Options:

5 day (40 hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10 hour days with a daily peel-off schedule.

4 day (32 hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10 hour days with a daily peel-off schedule.
