Compensation Summary:
- Annual Compensation:$650,000
- Based on 2,000 clinicalhours annually
- Equivalent to 8.75hours/day, 5 days/week,over 46 weeks
- Reflects full-time clinicalcommitment with highlycompetitive 1099structure.
- 2 on 2 off Scheduling
- Hourly Rate: $325/hour
- Estimated Total (6-Month Schedule):$370,000
- Based on 8.75hours/day, 5 days/week,for 26 weeks
- No Overnight Call | No Weekends |No Holidays
- Designed for Work-Life Balance:Predictable schedules that supportclinician well-being and operational consistency.
Two individuals may share the roleand divide leadershipresponsibilities, as this arrangementcan effectively meet clinicalanesthesia needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skillset in bread-and-butter pediatrics and orthopedics.
- Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia experience is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality patient care.
- Comfort with personally administered anesthesia rather than supervision or medical direction.
- Experience with blocks
