Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for an exciting opportunity to work independently at Advanced Surgery Center of Orlando? Advanced Surgery Center of Orlando is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a FT 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia.

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Florida.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary
- Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn between $400,000+ annually on a 1099basis, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. Additional compensation isavailable for those working at higher-paying sites or providing evening services.
Position Options:
- 5-day (40-hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10-hour shifts with a daily peel-offschedule.
- 4-day (32-hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10-hour shifts with a daily peel-offschedule.
- Earnings Projections
- Based on $200/hour 8.5–9 hours total time on site per day for an annual FTE of2,000 hours.
- Additional Advantages:
- No on-call responsibilities.
- No required holidays.
- Seven major holidays off each year, including:
- Christmas and Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, July 4th,Memorial Day, Labor Day
