TEXAS: El Paso Primary team: FT Physician

Guide Anesthesia is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in El Paso, Texas. This position involves providing direct anesthesia care as well as, when needed, medical direction or supervision of CRNAs across multiple clinical sites, including:​ University Medical Center – Surgical Hospital East​. Paso del Norte Surgery Center​. El Paso Day Surgery Center​. Advanced Surgery Center of El Paso​. Additional regional facilities as our footprint expands​. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative, interprofessional model with CRNAs and surgeons, and flexible across hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.​ This is an opportunity to join a clinician-led organization focused on clinical excellence, provider support, and high-functioning team culture.
