Are you an Anesthesiologist looking for a predictable schedule and the opportunity to practice in a collaborative outpatient setting? Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Primary Anesthesiologist to join the team at Physician Ambulatory Surgery Center (PASC) serving the Daytona Beach area of Florida.
This opportunity offers a multi-specialty case mix, a four-day workweek, and the chance to build strong working relationships with surgeons, CRNAs, and facility colleagues. Guide Anesthesia's contract is scheduled to begin January 4, 2027.

Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team
$340/hour
$2,720 minimum daily guarantee based on 8 hours
Annualized Compensation: $680,000
- Compensation based on on-site time, not case volume
Scheduling
Four days per week
8-hour daily guarantee
Start date: January 4, 2027

Qualifications
MD or DO with successful completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Deliver direct anesthesia care based on case complexity and patient needs.
Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility personnel.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
