Location
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Florida.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary:
Primary Team Members
• Commitment: ~1,500 hours annually
• Schedule: 4 days/week, 46 weeks/year
• Guarantee: 32 hours/week (typically 8–9 hours/day on site)
• Earnings
• Estimated annual income: $380,000–$420,000
• Guaranteed weekly schedule and hours at $200/hour
• PT and PRN
• PT: $185/hour with a 3 day, 24 hour guarantee agreement.
• PRN: $180/hour with a 6 hour guarantee and a 4 day per month
minimum.
