Are you a CRNA looking for an opportunity in a specialized ophthalmology practice with a predictable schedule and competitive compensation? Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Primary CRNA to join the team at Florida Eye Clinic (FEC) in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates interested in developing their skills in a focused ophthalmology practice. The position offers a CRNA-only practice model, guaranteed hours, and no call, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for ophthalmology procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Florida licensure or eligibility.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a CRNA-only practice environment.

Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team:
$200/hour
5-day, 40-hour weekly guarantee or 4-day, 32-hour weekly guarantee
Projected Annual Earnings: $380,000 to $420,000
Annual earnings are projected and depend on the selected weekly schedule and actual working weeks.
