Are you a CRNA looking for flexible supplemental work in an established outpatient surgery center? Guide Anesthesia is seeking Supplemental CRNAs to join the team at Northwest Florida Surgery Center (NWFSC) in Panama City, Florida.

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the surgical team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Florida licensure or eligibility.
Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a mixed MD-CRNA practice.
Case Mix
Cataracts
ENT
Orthopedics, primarily sports-related procedures
Plastics
Pain management
General surgery
Other typical outpatient ASC procedures
Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Supplemental Team:
$190/hour
Compensation based on hours worked
Schedule
Supplemental coverage as needed
No call
No weekends
No holidays
7 major holidays off per year
