Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team
Primary Team:
$340/hour
$2,720 minimum daily guarantee based on 8 hours
Annualized Compensation: $680,000
Calculation: $340/hour × 2,000 hours = $680,000
Compensation is based on on-site time, not case volume.
Scheduling
46 weeks per year
4 to 5 days per week
Flexible two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation available
Rolling rotation, not based on calendar months

Qualifications
MD or DO with successful completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures.
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Deliver direct anesthesia care based on patient needs and case complexity.
Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility personnel.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
