Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the surgical team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

50% Endoscopy (GI)
20% Orthopedics
30% Urology and Pain Management combined
This multispecialty outpatient environment offers CRNAs exposure to a variety of procedures in a collaborative surgical setting.
Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with appropriate Florida licensure or eligibility.
Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary practice.
Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team:
$200/hour
5-day, 40-hour weekly guarantee or 4-day, 32-hour weekly guarantee
Annualized compensation of $416,000 at 40 hours per week
Annualized compensation of $332,800 at 32 hours per week
Annualized estimates assume 52 paid weeks per year.
Affiliate Team:
$190/hour
Supplemental Team:
$190/hour
Scheduling

No call
No weekends
No holidays
7 major holidays off per year
Primary scheduling options include a 4-day or 5-day weekly guarantee
