We're expanding into the Main Operating Room at Banner University Medical Center! By joining us, you're helping to strengthen and protect the autonomous CRNA practice model in Arizona. This expansion into the BUMCP main OR creates a great environment for CRNAs to gradually build confidence in independent practice while still having supportive colleagues nearby. The main OR offers a wide variety of cases, allowing you to broaden your skills and expertise rapidly. You can work alongside experienced CRNAs and MDs who can support you in both ACT and autonomous practice settings. We're the only CRNA clinical owned and run company at BUMCP, ensuring our interests are always well represented at one of Arizona's largest and most influential hospitals! This position is part of our "Downtown" team that also encompasses Arizona Heart Hospital Abrazo.

Compensation Summary
- Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn ~$400,000 annually on a 1099 basis,
- no call, no weekends, and no holidays.
- Additional compensation is available for those working at higher paying sites or providing evening services.
- Primarily daytime oriented work with limited Saturdays.
- Earnings projections based on an average of 8.75 hours per day for an annual FTE of 2,000 hours – actual scheduling varies based on individual facilities and surgical demand.
- Primary Team Members
Expect to earn ~$400,000 annually with guaranteed hours/days (based on 8.5-hour days, 5 days, 46-week agreements) – prorated for lower commitment contracts.
Base sites: $200 per hour.
Cardiac sites: $210 per hour
(Arizona Heart Hospital and cardiology surgery centers).
Part Time and PRN Members:
PT: $185/hour
3 days per week, 24-hour weekly guarantee agreement.
PRN: $175/hour
6-hour guarantee and a 4 day per month minimum.

Contract Type
- Flexible schedules, choose 3, 4 or 5 day work weeks.
- No holidays or on-call duties.
- Limited evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
