We are seeking a PRN or FT CRNA to join our Metro Phoenix division in the West Valley, providing services specifically for vascular, urology, endo and pain (Digestive Health Center Sun City, Four Peaks Surgery Center, SKI Vascular, CORE Spine Centers Peoria, and potential for additional sites of coverage.) At Ski Vascular, our group primarily covers AV fistula and graft creation with regional anesthesia.

Compensation Summary
- Full-time or PRN positions available.
- PRN rate $160-$175/hour with a 4 day a month minimum.
- Focus: 50-80% practice at our West Valley Endo site.
- No weekends, no call, no holidays.
- Opportunity to diversify practice at other outpatient and hospital sites.
- If desired, weekly hours and scheduling available.

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.

- Digestive Health Center is an endoscopy center located in Sun City, providing propofol sedation for a group of gastroenterologists. This facility is located at 10104 W. Coggins Drive, Sun City, AZ 85351.
- Four Peaks Surgery Center’s commitment to stewardship ensures they provide sustainable, efficient, and effective healthcare solutions. They pursue excellence in all aspects of their practice including cutting edge medical technology and compassionate patient care. Four Peaks is located at 9425 W. Bell Road, Sun City, AZ 85351.
- SKI Vascular offers an array of the most technologically advanced procedures for the prevention and treatment of dialysis access related complications and various vascular diseases. SKI Vascular is located at 7362 W. Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381.
- The CORE Institute Spine Centers specializes in pain management where the physicians truly care about their patients. A typical day is about 15-25 patients. CORE is located at 10494 W. Thunderbird, Sun City, AZ 85351.
