Are you an experienced CRNA who enjoys practicing independently while working as part of a collaborative anesthesia team? Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our East Valley team, providing anesthesia services at Arizona Spine & Joint Hospital and Dignity Health – Arizona General Hospital Mesa.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced CRNAs who value autonomy, enjoy orthopedic anesthesia, and want a predictable schedule with excellent earning potential.

Compensation Summary
Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn ~$400,000 annually on a 1099 basis, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.
Based on 8.5 hour days, 5 days, 46 week agreements.
FT: $200 per hour.
PT: $185 per hour, 3 days per week, 24 hour weekly guarantee agreement.
PRN: $175 per hour, 6 hour guarantee and 4 day a month minimum.
Additional compensation is available for those working at higher paying sites or providing evening services.
Primary Team Members Guarantees
Four-day weekly contracts: 32-hour guarantee
Five-day weekly contracts: 40-hour guarantee
Select three-day contracts: 32-hour guarantee for
extended-day facilities.
Primarily daytime oriented work with limited Saturdays.
Earnings projections based on an average of 8.75 hours per day for an annual FTE of 2,000 hours – actual scheduling varies based on individual facilities and surgical demand.
Position Options:
5 day (40 hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8 to 10 hour days with a daily peel off schedule.
4 day (32 hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8 to 10 hour days with a daily peel off schedule.
3 day (32 hour) Guarantee: Scheduled as 10 to 12 hour days, typically 10 to 11 hours on site per day.
Note: actual time on site will vary based on peel off and surgical schedule.

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
About the Facilities
Arizona General Hospital, Dignity Health is a fully equipped micro hospital that features an emergency room, capacity for 50 inpatient beds, 14 emergency room beds, four operating or procedure rooms, a full onsite laboratory and radiology suite complete with 64 slice CT scan, x-ray and ultrasound capabilities. It is located at located at 9130 E. Elliot Rd., on the corner of E. Elliot and S. Ellsworth Roads.
Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital focuses on offering a high quality, service-oriented environment for your surgical procedure. There are 4 ORs, 2 treatment rooms, and treatment that allows surgeons to perform procedures in the areas of general surgery, orthopedic surgery, pain management, podiatry, spine, and plastic surgery. They are located at 4620 E. Baseline Road in Mesa, 85206.
