Melbourne Surgery Center in Melbourne, FL is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a FT, PT or PRN 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia. Compensation Summary
Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn between $400,000+ annually on a 1099 basis, with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. Additional compensation is available for those working at higher-paying sites or providing evening services.
Position Options:
FT: $200/hr, estimated annual income $380,000 - $420,000.
5-day (40-hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10-hour shifts with a daily peel-off schedule.
4-day (32-hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10-hour shifts with a daily peel-off schedule.
PT: $185/hr with a 3 day, 24 hour guarantee agreement.
PRN: $180/hr with a 6 hour guarantee and a 4 day per month minimum.
No call, no holidays.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Florida.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.

About the Facility: Melbourne Surgery Center is a multi-specialty Operating Room with independent practice, regional anesthesia, pediatrics, and practicing alongside your CRNA and MD colleagues.
It is located at 95 Bull Dog Blvd, Melbourne, 32901.
