Guide Anesthesia is seeking an Affiliate CRNA to join our growing outpatient practice across the Davenport and Kissimmee markets. This opportunity offers a consistent three-day-per-week schedule, an 8-hour daily guarantee, and the opportunity to practice independently across multiple ambulatory surgery centers.
The primary practice location is AdventHealth Surgery Center Davenport, which is expanding with two additional surgeons. The growing surgical volume creates an excellent opportunity for a CRNA to establish long-term relationships with surgeons and become an integral part of the anesthesia team.
Additional coverage opportunities are available at Doctors Surgery Center and Osceola Heart & Ambulatory Surgery Center in Kissimmee, providing exposure to ophthalmology and cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nursing staff, and the surgical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered anesthesia care

Case Mix
The primary Davenport location offers a focused outpatient case mix including:
- Gastroenterology (GI)
- Pain Management

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Florida licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred
- Ability to practice independently
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working across a variety of outpatient surgical specialties
- Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and surgical teams
Compensation Summary
Affiliate Team
- $190/hour
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- 3 days per week
Schedule

- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday coverage at AdventHealth Surgery Center Davenport
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
- Seven major holidays off annually

Doctors Surgery Center in Kissimmee provides an ophthalmology-focused outpatient practice, while Osceola Heart & Ambulatory Surgery Center provides primarily cardiovascular surgical services. Across all three locations, CRNAs practice independently within efficient outpatient environments.
