Guide Anesthesia is seeking 1 Primary CRNA and 1 to 2 Supplemental CRNAs to join the team at Santa Barbara Surgery Center in Santa Barbara, California.
This focused ambulatory surgery center offers a predictable outpatient environment with a streamlined case mix of GI and ophthalmology procedures. Current surgical volume is approximately 75 cases per month, with anticipated growth of an additional 10 to 15 cases per month.
The opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking a consistent ASC practice, a focused case mix, and the opportunity to become part of a growing anesthesia program in Santa Barbara.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for GI and ophthalmology procedures in an ambulatory surgery center setting
- Perform appropriate pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and the surgical team
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
- Provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Appropriate California certification and licensure
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team
- $200/hour
- 5 days per week
Supplemental Team
- $200/hour
- 1 to 2 CRNAs as needed
- Flexible supplemental coverage
