Are you an Anesthesiologist looking for an opportunity to practice independently in a growing outpatient surgery center? Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Primary Anesthesiologist to join the team at CSC Celebration in Celebration, Florida.
CSC Celebration is a newer ambulatory surgery center in the greater Orlando area. This opportunity offers an independent physician practice model, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with surgeons and colleagues in a growing surgical center.
Location
- Celebration Surgery Center (CSC), Celebration, FL
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Provide direct anesthesia care based on case and patient needs
- Collaborate with independently practicing CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility personnel
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Newer ambulatory surgery center in Celebration
- Approximately 60% orthopedic cases
- Additional typical ASC cases, including pain management and podiatry
- One Primary MD scheduled daily
- 1 to 2 CRNAs working independently alongside the MD
- Independent physician practice model
- Collaborative and professional clinical environment

Qualifications
- MD or DO with successful completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Standard Anesthesiology qualifications and requirements
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- ASC experience preferred
Compensation Summary
1099 Independent Contractor
Primary Team:
- $340/hour
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- Annualized Compensation: $680,000
- $340/hour × 2,000 hours = $680,000
Compensation is based on on-site time, not case volume.
Schedule
- 5 days per week
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- Consistent outpatient schedule
- No call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities
- Start December 14, 2026
