Guide Anesthesia is seeking an independent CRNA to join our primary team at Laser Outpatient Surgery Center (LOSC) in Gainesville, Florida. This is a high-efficiency outpatient opportunity offering a predictable weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and a streamlined anesthesia model focused primarily on ophthalmology procedures.
The position supports a fast-paced ASC environment with strong operational flow and consistent case volume. CRNAs work independently in a collaborative surgical setting while covering two procedure rooms in an efficient, high-throughput model.
This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking schedule stability, outpatient-only practice, and a long-term relationship within a clinically focused ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities
- Independent CRNA practice model
- Primarily ophthalmology-focused ASC
- Efficient, high-flow surgical environment
- MAC-focused anesthesia care
- No gas anesthesia utilized
- No eye blocks required, blocks performed by surgeons
Case Mix / Workflow
- Approximately 16–18 cases daily
- Up to approximately 22 cases maximum volume
- Approximately 90% ophthalmology
- Approximately 85% cataracts
- Remaining ophthalmology volume includes glaucoma procedures
- Fridays dedicated to urology cases
- Urology cases average approximately 10–15 minutes each
- CRNA covers two operating rooms
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Comfortable practicing independently in an ASC environment
- Experience with high-volume outpatient workflow preferred
- Strong efficiency and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple rooms in a collaborative setting
Compensation Summary
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Primary Rate: $210/hour
- Affiliate Rate: $205/hour
- Supplemental Rate: $200/hour
Schedule
- Start Date: July 1, 2026 or July 6, 2026
- One CRNA scheduled per day
- Consistent weekday schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- No call responsibilities
