Guide Anesthesia is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our primary team at Durango Outpatient Surgery Center (DOSC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This ASC-only opportunity offers a highly desirable outpatient practice environment with no call, no weekends, and no holiday responsibilities.
DOSC is a modern, high-efficiency ambulatory surgery center where physicians work alongside experienced CRNAs within a collaborative care model. The practice is designed to support clinical autonomy while maintaining a team-based approach focused on patient safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional surgical support.
Providers enjoy predictable scheduling through a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation, creating an outstanding work-life balance while maintaining strong earning potential in a stable long-term practice setting.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Nevada medical licensure
- Experience in ambulatory surgery center settings preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working within a collaborative MD/CRNA care model
Compensation Summary
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Primary Team Rate: $335/hour
- Supplemental Rate: $320/hour
Schedule
- Two Weeks On / Two Weeks Off
- Supplemental coverage opportunities available
- Minimum four days per month for supplemental providers
- Outpatient surgery center hours
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
