Guide Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our supplemental team at SCA Melbourne Surgery Center in Melbourne, Florida. This position is designed to provide vacation and schedule coverage within a collaborative outpatient surgery center environment while offering flexibility and predictable scheduling.
This multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center provides a diverse case mix, including regional anesthesia and pediatric procedures. CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility personnel in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, and a high-quality ASC practice setting without call, weekend, or holiday responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and facility personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered anesthesia care

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Florida licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Experience with regional anesthesia preferred
- Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative MD-CRNA practice model
Compensation Summary
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Supplemental Rate: $190/hour
- Minimum Daily Compensation: $1,500
Schedule
- Vacation and schedule coverage opportunity
- Minimum commitment of four days per month
- Standard ASC business hours
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
- Seven major holidays off annually
