Guide Anesthesia is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our Supplemental Team at SCA Melbourne Surgery Center (MSC) in Melbourne, Florida. This opportunity provides vacation coverage within a collaborative outpatient practice while offering the flexibility of supplemental scheduling and the stability of a long-term clinical relationship.
This multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center offers a diverse outpatient case mix, including regional anesthesia and pediatric procedures. Physicians work alongside experienced CRNAs in a collaborative MD-CRNA practice model focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Experience in ambulatory surgery center settings preferred
- Regional anesthesia experience preferred
- Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative practice skills
Compensation Summary
