Guide Anesthesia is seeking an experienced CRNA to join the team at Sand Lake Surgery Center (SLSC) in Orlando, Florida. This full-time opportunity offers a highly autonomous practice environment, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to develop advanced regional anesthesia skills in a busy orthopedic-focused ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Case Mix / Workflow
- Orthopedics (majority)
- General Surgery
- Outpatient Procedures
- No Pediatrics
Common Procedures
- Knee Arthroscopy
- Shoulder Arthroscopy
- Laparoscopic Hernia Repairs
- Cholecystectomies
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Florida licensure or eligibility required
- ASC experience preferred
- Interest or experience in regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
- Ability to practice independently within a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Summary
Primary / Full-Time
- $200/hour
- Annualized Compensation: $400,000
Affiliate / Supplemental
- $190/hour
- 2–3 days per week
- Minimum commitment of 4 days per month
Schedule
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- 4–5 days per week
- Outpatient surgery center hours
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
