Please note: This position is part of a team that provides anesthesia services across multiple facilities in Phoenix, including Arizona Heart Hospital, Banner University Hospital, Core Institute Specialty Hospital, and our outpatient division.

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid Arizona licensure and experience in cardiovascular (CV) procedures.
- Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, make quick decisions, and maintain composure under pressure.
- New graduates are welcome to apply, as mentorship opportunities are available within the group.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration with the surgical team and patients.
Compensation Summary
- Expected Earnings: Full-time members can anticipate an annual compensation of approximately $330,000.
- Agreement Options: We offer flexible commitments, including three, four, or five-day work weeks.
- Hour Guarantees: Contracts include a guarantee of 32 or 40 hours per week, organized into scheduling of eight, 10, or 12 hours, with compensation pro-rated.
- Monthly Saturdays: Each member is required to work at least one Saturday per month.
- Annual Work Period: Services are provided for 47 weeks each year. Additional time off can be arranged if desired.
- Equity and Profit Sharing: Full-time members will receive increasing equity in the group. Annually, profit sharing is distributed, reinforcing our commitment to collective success and individual contribution.
- Compensation Format: All compensation is processed on a 1099 basis.
