Elevation Surgery Center and Forest Canyon Surgery Center are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia. Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Experienced CRNAs should expect to earn between
$300,000 to $360,000 each year on a 1099 basis, or
$400,000 in Flagstaff, at a baseline. - Scheduling in 3, 4 or 5 day contracts – annual
compensation pro-rated. - No weekends, call or holidays. Contracts include 1 travel day per month (to Flagstaff or Phoenix, or Prescott).
Prescott Facilities: $200/hour for FT members.
$185/hour for PT members.
$175/hour for PRN members.
Flagstaff Facilities: $200/hour for FT members.
$185/hour for PT members.
$175 for PRN members.
Range is based on 8.5-9 hours/day an FTE of 2000
hours per year.
7 major holidays off year (Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
Contract Type:
Flexible schedules, choose 3, 4 or 5 day work weeks.
No holiday, weekends, on call duties.
Limited evenings. - Shareholder Advantages:

Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.

Elevation Orthopedic Surgery Center: Located at 1840 N. Jasper Drive, Elevation provides state of the art surgical care for patients undergoing orthopedic and spine surgery.
Forest Canyon Surgery Center: Located at 560 N. Switzer Canyon Drive, Forest Canyon is an ambulatory surgery center that specializes in Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Otolaryngology, and Plastic Surgery.
