This position will be primarily at Wickenburg Community Hospital (WCH) as well as potentially other hospitals as mutually desired. Services will focus on care surgical patients having ortho, general, endoscopy and other low-to-moderate risk surgeries appropriate for the setting. CRNAs practice independently. Compensation Summary
Compensation:
- Pay rate is $1,650 daily.
- PRN members who travel more than 1 hour from their home will be compensated with an additional $250/shift.
- Evening services are currently offered by Guide (1 room, 1 day per week, which comes with an additional compensation of $300. (Chief CRNA has 1st choice of evening shift).
Schedule:
- Created on a 90-day running basis, Guide offers services at WCH from 7:30 to 4:30pm. Services are expanding to Monday to Thursday, with some Fridays.
- CRNA can also exchange days at other sites, which will be compensated per contract or facility policy.
- PRN members will be required to provide services 3x/month.
