Are you an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for an exciting opportunity to work independently on a part time basis, at multiple facilities in Tucson? Guide Anesthesia is seeking FT help for multiple facilities in Tucson, AZ.

Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center: Pediatrics, ENT, Eye, General, Plastics
SurgCenter Tucson: Ortho, Spine
Pain Institute of Southern Arizona: Pain Sedation
Pima Heart ASC: Cardiology, Ablations
Arizona Joint Specialty Center: Ortho, PNBS
Compensation Summary
- Experienced CRNAs can expect to earn between $400,000 to $416,000 on a 1099 basis depending on site and schedule, and between $200-$210/hour depending on site.
Position Options:
• 5-day (40-hour) Guarantee: Scheduled in 8–10-hour
shifts with a daily peel-off schedule.
PRN: Minimum 4 day per month commitment, 8 hour guarantee.
Earnings Projections
• Based $200+/hour on 8.5–9 hours per day for an annual FTE of 2,000 hours.
• Higher pay positions involve 1 call shift per week
Primary Team Positions include:
• $500 annual discount on malpractice policy with PPM
• Ownership share granted allowing approximately $2000
in annual profit sharing
• Eligible for high-quality group health insurance through United Healthcare
• PRN positions require 4 days monthly.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
