Guide Anesthesia is expanding CRNA practice opportunities in electrophysiology and cardiovascular anesthesia through an innovative ASC-based cardiac program in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity places CRNAs at the forefront of newly approved outpatient cardiovascular procedures within a highly collaborative procedural environment. CRNAs work directly alongside cardiologists performing advanced cardiac procedures in the operating room, with physician consultation readily available as needed. This practice model is designed to support the future of team-based anesthesia services within cardiovascular ambulatory surgery centers. The program is led by Jacob Hantla, CRNA, CCDS, FHRS, the nation’s only anesthesia professional who is also a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society. This is an opportunity for CRNAs seeking advanced procedural exposure, schedule flexibility, and long-term growth within one of the fastest-evolving areas of outpatient anesthesia care.

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Comfortable practicing in a collaborative procedural environment
- Experience with electrophysiology (EP) procedures preferred
- Interest in cardiovascular anesthesia and advanced procedural care
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a high-acuity ASC model

- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Primary Team Rate: $200/hour
- Complex Services Rate: $210/hour
- MAP eligible for Primary Team providers
