Guide Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our supplemental team at Durango Outpatient Surgery Center (DOSC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This opportunity offers the flexibility of supplemental work within a modern ambulatory surgery center while maintaining the consistency of a collaborative, physician-supported practice environment.
DOSC is a multi-specialty ASC providing anesthesia services for orthopedic, general surgery, and GI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting. With three to four operating rooms running daily, CRNAs practice in an efficient environment focused on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and operational excellence.
While Nevada regulations require physician sign-off for CRNA practice, our team embraces a highly collaborative MD-CRNA care model that supports autonomy, clinical growth, and professional satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Active Nevada CRNA license or eligibility for Nevada licensure
- Experience in ambulatory surgery center settings preferred
- Comfortable caring for orthopedic, general surgery, and GI patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing safe, patient-centered anesthesia care
Compensation Summary
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Primary Team Rate: $210/hour
- All Other Team Members: $200/hour
- MAP eligible for Primary Team providers
Schedule
- Standard ASC business hours
- No call responsibilities
- No weekends
- No holidays
- Scheduling managed through When I Work
- Schedules released in 90-day cycles
