Compensation Summary
Primary Team (1099 Independent Contractor)
- $230/hour
- 5-day (40-hour) guarantee available
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Daily peel-off scheduling model
- Approximately $460,000 annually (based on $230/hour × 2,000 hours)
Additional Details:
- Some Tucson teams require call participation.
- Higher-paying opportunities may include approximately one call shift per week.
- Total annual earnings typically range from $420,000–$530,000, depending on schedule, site assignment, and call participation.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assess patients' medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
- Collaborate with, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
- Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia procedures and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.
