PHOENIX, ARIZONA. The Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists recognized two members of Arizona Anesthesia Solutions for their outstanding contributions to the community.

AzAS Managing Partner, Randy Quinn, CRNA, was recognized as the Distinguished Nurse of the Year 2020 by March of Dimes Arizona. Randy was chosen based on his demonstration of proven leadership and strong expertise throughout his career, and his display of giving back to his community and profession in immeasureable ways. Congratulations, Randy!

PRESCOTT, AZ - 2020 marks 4 years of high-quality, cost-effective anesthesiology care delivered to the Prescott community by Arizona Anesthesia Solutions (AzAS), a recognized leader in anesthesiology services in Arizona. Additionally, it marks over 100 successful joint replacements for the community performed in the outpatient setting, representing an enhanced experience for the patient, with better outcomes as opposed to delivering higher-cost care in other settings.

PHOENIX, AZ - Ali J. Baghai, CRNA, was recognized by the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AZANA) as “CRNA of the Year” for his outstanding record of professional service to the CRNA community. Ali is the former president of the AZANA (2015-16) and spearheaded the effort to pass first-in-nation statutory legal immunity for surgeons and physicians when working with CRNA’s, addressing a long-held concern for surgeons, and subsequently increasing access and decreasing costs associated with anesthesiology care. AzAS is very proud of Ali’s accomplishments and his contributions to the mission of AzAS and the greater anesthesia community.

PHOENIX - Ann Marie Dike, CRNA, was recognized by the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AZANA) as “Clinician of the Year” for her outstanding clinical achievements. Ann Marie has extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings, and has established a reputation for clinical prowess and calm during the most critical of situations. AzAS is proud of her achievements and very happy to have her as a key member of our team.

TUCSON, AZ - Arizona Anesthesia Solutions (AzAS), a recognized leader in high-quality, cost-effective anesthesia management for facilities throughout Arizona, is excited to announce a new partnership with the highly respected Carondelet Health Network, to provide services at St. Mary’s Hosptial as well as Marana Hosptial. PHOENIX, AZ - Joseph A. Rodriguez, CRNA, was voted 2019’s “CRNA of the Year” by the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AZANA) for contributions to the CRNA community over his career as a CRNA. Joe, in coordination with other members of AZANA and with AzAS, has been part or led teams that have led to significant advocacy achievements. While President (2016-17), Joe was able to finish a 2-year effort to grant physicians and surgeons immunity while working with CRNAs, a first-in-nation achievement that addressed a concern within the healthcare community, as well as helping to restore prescriptive authority for CRNAs. AzAS is very proud to have Joe as one of its managing partners and of his contributions to the community.
